Testimonials

2024
Internship Program
I am truly grateful to have participated in the Canvas Gate internship program and to have had the opportunity to contribute to the company by utilizing all the languages I have learned so far—Japanese, English, and my native Thai. I was warmly welcomed by everyone at the host company, who patiently taught me so much, from Japanese manners and culture, workplace attitudes, and writing business emails, to everyday life in Japan. I sincerely appreciate all their guidance and support.

Internship Program
Participating in the internship program exceeded all my expectations. The most valuable lessons I gained were not only about living and working in Japan, but also about how to manage my mental health and learning the importance of being considerate toward others. I would highly recommend this program to anyone who wants to live or build a career in Japan.

Internship Program
The pre-internship online Japanese classes taught me not just the language I would use during the internship, but also about Japanese ways of thinking, manners, greetings, the internship process, business Japanese, customer service, and career planning. Rather than just listening to lectures, we practiced practical conversation techniques and shared our ideas in small groups. Participating in this program helped me start thinking more about my future and gave me the tools to shape my own path. I hope to carry the lessons and experiences from this internship into my future career.

Internship Program
Participating in the Canvas Gate internship program marked my first step in Japan. Before coming, I wasn’t confident in my Japanese, but thanks to the company’s warm support, I was able to complete a one-month training program in Japanese language and business culture after arriving.
I’m currently interning at a hotel in the housekeeping department. The workplace is friendly and professional, and even though my Japanese isn’t perfect yet, everyone has been incredibly supportive. Within just two weeks, I learned the job and improved my vocabulary.
This one-year program has already given me valuable skills, knowledge, and experience, and I’m confident it will prepare me for a successful career in Japan.
